This was a 10/10 experience. Im so happy i was able to find time to get Polo groomed at mimo’s. Upon arriving, the receptionist Nikki was welcoming and attentive to polo and what i want out of his haircut. She noted his behavior and mannerism and explained the entire grooming process to me to a t with such enthusiasm. The grooming studio was clean and had a welcoming and calm environment, which is rare for a dog grooming place. It honestly allowed my dog to be less anxious when i left him there initially, i can tell he looked more calm than he usually does when i leave him with someone else. Thank you so much nikki for making this entire experience that much more special and welcoming. Will definitely be coming back. Polo’s haircut is too cute ❤️
